Although our plants have undergone a hardening off period, we still recommend keeping them sheltered from extreme weather — ideally in an undercover or indoor spot with bright, indirect light and humidity between 50–70%.

Please be advised pot sizes are based on the root system, not how big the foliage is — this means some plants may look smaller than anticipated but have a well-developed root system.

As plants are living organisms, they will naturally change in appearance between the time they are photographed, listed, sold, packed and shipped. This may include slight growth, minor blemishes, or changes in orientation (such as leaning or growing sideways). These variations are a normal part of plant development and should be expected.

As a small business, we aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days and will notify you if there are any delays. Please note that due to quarantine restrictions, we are currently only able to ship plants within Western Australia. All plants are sent potted via Australia Post Express to ensure they arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition, particularly during warmer weather.

We are not responsible for delays, damage or losses caused by Australia Post and do not accept returns on live plants, however please contact us about any major concerns regarding your order so we can organise a solution.
